I got the parts in and started to get the machine back together. Then I found out the chipset fan was broken as well. Computer Crash

Last night I was trying to figure out why my Bluetooth headset didn’t want to connect to my computer anymore. After a few plugs and un-plugs, I thought I’d give the Ole Windows machine a reboot. Contract on House

We now have a contract on our house. Of course it’s not for as much as we originally asked, but it’s an acceptable offer and will get us out from paying both mortgage and rent at the some time. The big plus, it the offer has no contingencies. That in my mind is worth a lot. We are going to meet the new buyers in a few hours and go over everything they should know about the house....

Happy New Year

Not much to say at the moment. I was hoping to have the website fully functional about a month ago, but the move to North Carolina has made things interesting to say the least. We have definitely got settled in and most of the boxes are unpacked. We are still waiting for my job to go permanent before we start house hunting. Of course selling our house in Virginia would be a good thing as well....
